Ardi is an integral figure within TalentCorp’s Graduate and Emerging Talent department where he focuses on campus engagement activities, actively engaging with the public and private institutes of higher learning. He also co-leads TalentCorp’s Structured Internship Programme, collaborating with employers to ensure that Malaysia’s graduates are ready for the workforce

Since joining TalentCorp in 2013, Ardi has contributed to various departments, including the Industry Partnerships team where he established meaningful partnerships with key industry players to benefit Malaysia workplace and workforce via TalentCorp’s initiatives.

Prior to TalentCorp, Ardi was attached to the Graduate Employability Management Scheme (GEMS), a former subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad where he managed graduates’ recruitment and job placements. Ardi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business majoring in International Finance from Universiti Malaysia Sabah.

DR. RAJ K. MANCHANDA, MD (Hom), MBA (Health Care), is presently the Director (AYUSH), Directorate of AYUSH under Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Delhi, India and Secretary (Information and Communication) for Research in Liga Medicorum Homeopathica Internationalis.


He has 35 years of professional experience as clinician, dermatologist, researcher, administrator and teacher of Homeopathy, including 7 years as Director General of Central Council for Research in Homeopathy, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. He has co-authored ‘Textbook of Dermatology for Homoeopaths’ in English and Spanish and a ‘Handbook of recent trends in Homoeopathy for Infectious Diseases in India and Abroad’.

He has several peer reviewed international publications including clinical research publications on Subclinical Hypothyroidism, Tubercular Lymphadenitis, Multiple Drug Resistant tuberculosis, Lichen Simplex Chronicus, Dermatological Fungal Infections, Warts, etc. His contemporary vision for research has taken him places and made him an internationally renowned speaker.

To lead market development activities, develop and lead the execution of marketing strategies, establish and maintain a robust portfolio of products for the Ethical Classic Business.

Also, need to lead, coach and mentor the Ethical Marketing Team. To lead and drive successful development of marketing plans, strategies and its strategic implementation to generate top-line growth for company’s existing and new portfolio of products in Malaysia and regional market towards achieving company’s objectives of growth and profitability.

Major Gen. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mohd Zin Bidin (Ret’d)

UoC’s Faculty of Medicine is headed by Dato’ Zin, a former senior medical officer who served in the army, Navy and Air Force as well as a chief doctor at the Malaysian Formula 1 Grand Prix.

“Disaster management aims to reduce potential losses from hazards, offers appropriate assistance and achieve rapid recovery,” he said about the Disaster Relief Medicine module, adding that students who undergo the programme are better equipped to deal with disasters in a calm and collected manner.
